The iReceptor team is excited to embark on a five year NIH/NIAID funded international project with colleagues from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the La Jolla Institute, the University of Louisville, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center as well as Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and Birkbeck College, University of London in England. The project will establish the AIRR Knowledge Commons (AKC), an integrated knowledge commons that links data spanning the AIRR-seq data in the AIRR Data Commons, antigen/epitope specificity data in repositories such as IEDB, genotype/haplotype data such as that in VDJBase, and population genetic data such as that in OGRDB.
